Scrumptious Supper, Super Fundraiser

Dinner with Apple Charlotte last night was amazing! The home-made salsa and guac prepped our taste buds for the best ever Mexican food. Dinner plates were piled with tender pork verde, smoky enchiladas, mild and fluffy chile rellenos, Mexican cabbage relish and perfectly-cooked pintos. If that wasn't enough to wow our tummies, Char prepared an apple panque and a plate of brownie bites, so as not to leave out a treat for the chocolate lovers. She thought of everything.
